天津飯、茎わかめと揚げの梅煮、豆腐と椎茸のお味噌汁　暑い時に梅味は嬉しいですね。すっぱさがとてもいいです。天津飯も美味しかったです。今日はおかわり無しです。夜はヨガ同好会です。
